These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of trueroot-usa.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Trueroot-USA ("Trueroot-USA", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Age requirement By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

3.1 Order acceptance; right to refuse/cancel All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase products. We may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion (to the extent permitted by law), including for reasons such as:
Suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
Errors in pricing or product information
Shipping limitations (e.g., we cannot ship to your address)
High-risk transactions or repeated disputes/chargebacks
Important: An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is considered accepted when we confirm shipment (e.g., shipping confirmation and/or tracking issued). If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund.
We may request additional verification (e.g., confirming address or payment details) before shipping. Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation.
3.2 Pricing & availability; errors Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We try to ensure accuracy but errors may occur. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust orders placed with that incorrect information. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund.
3.3 Payment methods We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. Charges may be processed at the time of order placement.
3.4 Taxes We may collect applicable sales tax or similar taxes as required by law, based on your shipping address. Any such amounts will be shown at checkout.
3.5 Store credit & gift cards Store credit or gift cards issued under our Return & Refund Policy:
Can only be used to purchase products on our Site
Are not redeemable for cash
Are subject to the conditions communicated at the time of issuance and in our Return & Refund Policy
3.6 Chargebacks & payment disputes If you have any issue with an order, you agree to contact us first at info@trueroot-usa.com so we can review and resolve it under our policies. Filing a chargeback for an order that was correctly processed and delivered (including where carrier records show delivery) may be treated as suspected abuse. In such cases, we:
Provide evidence to the payment processor (including order details, fulfillment records, tracking, delivery confirmation, carrier GPS/photo where available, and customer communications)
Suspend or restrict your account and future purchases
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
4.1 Shipping regions At this time, we ship orders to addresses within the United States (states and territories) as specified on the Site. We may expand or limit shipping destinations in the future.
4.2 Fulfillment from international facilities Many products are fulfilled from our logistics partners outside the United States (including China) and shipped to you in the United States. Estimated delivery times are shown on the Site or at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, weather, or events beyond our control.
4.3 Address accuracy; delivery standard; risk of loss You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is delivered to the address provided in your order and the carrier marks it as delivered, it will be considered delivered. Theft or loss after confirmed delivery (e.g., porch theft) is not our responsibility, but we will try to assist you where possible (e.g., providing documentation for a carrier claim).
Unless otherwise required by law, title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order over to the carrier.
4.4 Delays & backorders If we are unable to ship your order within the advertised timeframe (or within 30 days if no timeframe is stated), we may:
Notify you of the delay and provide a revised estimate, and/or
Offer you the option to cancel the order for a refund in accordance with applicable law and our policies

5. Product Information & Intended Use
5.1 Products & content The Site offers consumer products and related items. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes.
5.2 Cosmetic use; no medical advice or claims Our products are cosmetic formulations intended to enhance the appearance of natural lashes. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on the Site should be considered medical advice.
5.3 Safe & lawful use Always read and follow the instructions, warnings, and care guidelines provided with each product. You are solely responsible for:
Using products safely and as intended
Not using products if they are damaged or defective
Discontinuing use if discomfort or adverse reactions occur
Ensuring use complies with all applicable laws
We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to applicable laws.
5.4 Results; variations; accuracy We strive to describe and display products accurately. However:
Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed
Colors, shapes, and materials may appear differently on different screens
Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates
We do not guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect product colors or details.

7.2 Your responsibilities You are solely responsible for User Content you submit and represent that it is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate any third-party rights or any law. We may remove User Content at our discretion.

8.1 Third-party tools The Site may integrate third-party tools or services. These tools are provided "as is" and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8.2 Third-party links We are not responsible for third-party websites' content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
