Cancellation policy
This policy explains how to manage and cancel a Trueroot-USA subscription order placed through our subscription option.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Trueroot-USA subscription at any time, with no fees or penalties. There are two ways to do this:
- Through your account. Log in to your Trueroot-USA customer account and open the "Manage Subscription" section. From there you can cancel your subscription with one click.
- By email. Send a cancellation request to info@trueroot-usa.com from the email address used to place the subscription order. Please include your order number. We will process your cancellation and send confirmation within 1 business day.
Timing of Your Cancellation
To prevent your next subscription order from being charged and shipped, your cancellation request must be received before the next scheduled billing date shown in your account. Cancellations received on or after the billing date will take effect from the following cycle onward.
Orders Already Charged or Shipped
Once a subscription renewal has been charged and processed for shipment, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled. If you have just been charged and the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, please contact us immediately at info@trueroot-usa.com. If we are able to stop the shipment in time, the order will be refunded in full.
If the order has already shipped, it can be returned in line with our standard Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, timeframes, and return conditions are governed by that policy.
Pause, Skip, or Change Frequency
If you'd like to keep your subscription but need more time between deliveries, you can:
- Skip your next shipment
- Pause your subscription for a defined period
- Change the delivery frequency (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days)
These options are available at any time from your Trueroot-USA customer account under "Manage Subscription."
Your Subscription Consent
The subscription option is presented and labeled at checkout before any payment is taken. By selecting it and completing your order, you authorize Trueroot to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule and at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Immediately after your order, we email a confirmation showing your subscription terms — price, billing frequency, the fact that it renews automatically, and how to cancel. Each customer is responsible for reviewing their selected options and order summary before completing checkout. Recurring charges follow the terms agreed to at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Cancelling your subscription stops future orders, but does not automatically refund past orders. Refund eligibility for past subscription orders is governed by our Refund Policy.
