Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, it takes 1–2 business days to process. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day. After processing, delivery takes an average of 5–12 business days. We work hard to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible. Placing an Order

Placing an order with Trueroot-USA is simple. Go to the product page and add Nadomin to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

Before checking out, make sure you've selected the correct variant and quantity. Once everything looks right, click the "Checkout" button. On the information page, enter your shipping details and double-check that all of the information you've entered is accurate. When you're ready, click "Proceed to checkout."

On the "Shipping" page, you'll have one more chance to review the address you entered. We'd also like to remind you that all shipments are completely free of charge. As a thank-you to our customers, we cover the shipping and delivery costs ourselves. From here you can continue to payment by clicking "Proceed to checkout."

In the payment options, you can choose from several payment methods. At Trueroot-USA, all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Credit Cards (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa) Once you've selected the correct payment method, click "Complete Order" and you'll be redirected to your chosen payment provider. Follow the instructions on that page to complete your order. In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong with your order, you can always contact us.

To keep our prices fair and our products affordable, we group packages in larger quantities and ship them together once we've reached our minimum batch size.
